We only go to college to party right? Lets be frank about it. Instead of throwing an every day party like you've always been to before, you should be ramping it up with a theme party to be remembered for. Try some of our college theme party ideas.
1. Hollywood - Your Hollywood theme party will be remembered eternally by your buddy's. You could hire a professional photographer to take a glamour shot of your guests as they arrive in front of a backdrop. Perhaps a red carpet can lead up to your entry?
2. Toga - Due to it's ease in setting up, a Toga party is a college favourite. Originating in ancient Greece amongst high society, it was an opportunity for amusing and sexual activity. A toga is straightforward to make, in essence it's just a bed sheet. Wear sandals too and you have a complete outfit.
3. Mexican - Get some Mexican flags for your venue. Red, white and green balloons for the 3 flag colors. Send your invitations out on mini Mexican sombreros. Cacti are very cheap and straightforward to maintain after the party. Also you could get a giant inflatable cactus.
4. James Bond - Hire a Russian security sentry to check for covered guns on way in. Perhaps you could have a Casino sub theme for your party like in Casino Royale and many other Bond films.
5. Hawaiian - This theme should centre around a surf shack. Ideally this is where your visitors would make their own cocktails like the Aloha or the Hawaiian Heartbreaker. Scatter sea shells and coconuts around the place. The cuisine should be plenty of fruit on skewers, allow your company to skewer their own from the bowls provided.
6. French - Draw on a thin moustache for this theme and play French cafe music. Drink fancy wine and eat cheese on French loaf. The costumes will be hilarious with many people looking very similar. Don't forget the onion necklace!
